Sarah Kraft completed her Bachelor's degree in business administration with a focus on international trade at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University as part of the International Programme in Business and at the University of Economics in Bratislava. She completed her studies in cooperation with a retail company, where she gained practical experience in all areas of business administration.

After completing her Bachelor's degree, Sarah Kraft worked for 2 years as a Project Manager & Supply Chain Analyst in a retail company. In addition to supervising and co-designing international projects, she was responsible for logistics controlling and lean management, among other things.

Sarah Kraft completed her Master of Science in Business Administration with a focus on management information systems and management and leadership at the University of Regensburg, including a semester abroad at the Beijing Institute of Technology. During her Master's degree, she worked as a research assistant at the chair since March 2019. She also gained practical experience as part of an internship abroad at a start-up in China.

Sarah Kraft has been a research assistant at the Chair of Business Administration, in particular Controlling and Logistics, under Prof Dr Andreas Otto since September 2021.
